EPIC CPD maintains controlled versions of all published policies and governance documents. Each policy includes a version number, approval authority, and approval date. Updated versions replace previous editions upon publication. Previous versions and approval records are retained to ensure transparency and document control.

All EPIC CPD policies are approved within the EPIC CPD governance framework. Policies are reviewed and approved by the relevant EPIC CPD committee, with overall governance oversight provided by the EPIC CPD Board.
